Welcome to Sheila’s website.
Sheila grew up on the East Coast of Canada and after spending quite a number of years on the prairies, decided to make her home in Victoria. Since 1992 she has been making bath salts, soaps. foot creams, lip balms and salves. She works on developing different combinations and has her friends and family try them out for suitable feedback.
As Sheila has always had an interest in horticulture, starting her gardening experiences as a toddler with her father, she decided to formalize her studies in the completion of a medicinal herbal course and successfully completed Rosemary Gladstar's course.
