I grew up on the East Coast of Canada and after spending quite a number of years on the prairies, decided to make my home in Victoria. Since 1992 I have been making bath salts, soaps. foot creams, lip balms and salves. I work on developing different combinations and have my friends and family try them out for suitable feedback.

As I have always had an interest in horticulture, starting my gardening experiences as a toddler with my father, I decided to formalize my studies in the completion of a medicinal herbal course and successfully completed Rosemary Gladstar's course.
